The staff of Al Hathboor Group celebrated the colorful festival of Onam this year as they traditionally do every year. The celebrations were marked by the traditional ‘Pookalam’ – a carpet of flowers and some traditional eats typical to Kerala.
During the event, Mr. M Salahuddin, CEO – AHG explained the ethos behind celebrating Onam and stressed upon the importance of home-grown produce as well as the availability of healthy and pesticide free food.
Onam traditionally is known as the harvest festival of Kerala. It is considered as a day to celebrate the harvest of the past year; and to wish each other a prosperous year ahead.
