The Al Hathboor Group has signed a Joint Venture with the Al-faddaghi Group of Saudi Arabia.
On March 9, 2016, the Al Hathboor Management visited Saudi Arabia for the opening of the new JV in KSA.
The name of the JV is ‘Core Products & Services Ltd.’ (CPS) and based in Riyadh.
Mr Mishaal Faddaghi will head the operations as Country Manager.
Under the CPS’ umbrella we intend handling some of the key brands being distributed in U.A.E. through the various divisions of Al Hathboor Group.
The JV will benefit from the unique strengths of the two groups which, in turn, will help approach the market with greater confidence.
All the senior officials from both the Groups were present to grace this occasion.
